Welcome to The Standard Fitness Company, your premier destination for comprehensive youth sports coaching in! We pride ourselves on being uniquely experienced and qualified to reduce injuries and enhance performance by focusing on the fundamentals of human movement.

Our range of services caters to athletes of all age groups, from elementary to high school, and includes:

  • In-person coaching. We can work with your athlete 1-on-1 or in a small group. For small groups, we allow no more than 4 athletes per coach. We can do this at home, a facility of your choosing or one of our partner facilities.
  • Hybrid Training: This model utilizes a combination of in person training and our app which allows for quality, focused in person training along with workouts sent via app to create added value.
  • The Standard Fitness Company App. Allows for training to be performed anytime, anywhere.
